Phase 2 of Trunk Training focuses on the 4 basic core movements flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion in addition to their anti-movements.
It is supplemental to your regular sports' training, but crucial in developing athletic core to become efficient in strength & power and remain relatively injury free. Phase 2 of Trunk Training should be incorporated with Phases 1 & 3 (see store for purchase).
Included in this program is a comprehensive, detailed 13 minute video demonstrating the drills in real time with explanation, PLUS a 30 minute workout video to follow along with. You will also receive a one sheet cheat sheet to download/print. Additionally, a one on one thirty-minute video analysis is included to ensure you're on track to have a breakout year!
