Year round FRECO summer session 2025 will meet every Saturday between May 31 thru Aug 16 (12 classes) at 11am until 2pm (short break at 90 minutes), to prepare for USA National Freestyle/Greco Duals, Kids Nationals, Fargo, and World Championships.
 
Freestyle class begins at 11am and ends 12:30pm;  Greco class begins at 12:45pm and ends 2pm- BRING LUNCH/SNACK!
 
$300 for 12 week program, 15% sibling discount
 
Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling curriculum will include learning the rulesets of each Olympic Style and the specific fundamental techniques in order to be successful in competition!
 
We focus on mastery of skill to build a strong foundation which will result in the overall development and improvement of an athlete's wrestling skills, confidence, and athletic abilities. Olympic Freestyle and Greco-Roman skills will be acquired by all students and each student will be able to proficiently demonstrate those skills and articulate complex scoring sequences by the end of the program.
 
Training includes dynamic warm up, match pace drilling and sparring, specific Olympic drills, situational live wrestling as well as tactical and strategic wrestling.
