Meets Sundays 2pm (at Chantilly Location, ATILLA MMA, 2nd Floor-14120 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, VA, USA), Tuesdays 415pm and Saturdays 1pm (at Centreville Location) and runs thru end of school year.
 
For the beginner wrestler who ZERO to little experience, age 10 and under.
 
We focus on mastery of skill to build a strong foundation to go into any sport with confidence and athletic ability. Olympic Freestyle and Greco-Roman skills will be acquired by all students.
