WORLD TEAM TRAINING CAMP SERIES!

We're back and revamped for 2023!  After a successful first year of Freestyle and Greco training in 2021-22, a US World Team member, 2 US National Team Members (top 3 placement at World Team Trials), female and male Pan Am US National Team Members, and multiple Fargo All Americans were produced.

The 2023 winter training session (8 sessions) runs from January 8th to February 26th.  The cost is $150 for all training (or pay as you go, $30 per Sunday).  Each Sunday camp begins at 4pm and is a mix of Freestyle and Greco Technique, tactics, and strategy.  Some Sundays (depending on athlete availability) will be double sessions and athletes alerted ahead of time.

DESCRIPTION

Freestyle/Greco ("FRECO") preparation for making age group World Teams with JO Wrestling Founder Jay LaValley, who is also Korean National Team liaison.

Jay has worked with Senior Level/Olympic athletes from the United States, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Mongolia, trained athletes virtually from 6 continents and over 30 countries. Locally Jay has trained over 100 Fargo All Americans since 2008, as well as age group World Team Members; most whom went on to Division 1 college to wrestle...full list HERE

Sessions begin at Noon will include instruction, drilling, live/situational wrestling. This is specific preparation to learn to wrestle, attack and score in the most common positions in Olympic Style Wrestling.

Great way to supplement Folkstyle Wrestling as the Olympic skills, technique, tactics, and mental approach Jay is teaching is transferrable to scholastic and collegiate wrestling!

Be sure to bring change of clothes and antibaterial wipes to clean shoes and skin.
