Finally found some downtime over Labor Day weekend to put my thoughts together in this 7 minute video, to recognize my athletes' accomplishments from the summer and discuss philosophy that can lead to success and learning.

Summer 2022 also concludes my first full year of Freestyle & Greco Training ONLY. I am excited for what's ahead, including oversea training opportunities with the South Korean National Team, where I trained in 2018 and then they came to US in 2019. Friends in various republics of Russia, as well as Mongolia, Philippines, Puerto Rico have also extended invitations, so I am excited to assemble these for my athletes.
