Pre-season clinics at NOVA Wrestling Club will feature Jay LaValley and run select Sundays from Aug 25 to Oct 6 under following format:

4pm-515pm: Technique and Drilling 

515-530pm: Short Break 

530-7pm: Situational/Tactical/Live/Conditioning

• AUG 25-FIRST TO SCORE WINS

• SEP 8-ESCAPE WITH URGENCY

• SEP 22-RIDE OUT TACTICS

• OCT 6-FINAL TUNE UP
